Returns and Refunds

You are able to return your items for a full refund or exchange (excluding postage) within 14 days of receipt.

The items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unmarked, and folded with loving care.

If your items are not returned in a resalable condition, no refund or exchange will be provided.

You will be required to arrange the postage & cost for returning.

We are not responsible for return postage.

Clothing Care:

Every care is taken to ensure your items reach you successfully, every item posted is fully checked prior to posting to ensure you receive it in a pristine condition.

Whilst we do our best to demonstrate the item colour via our website, please note colours may vary from those shown on your PC, Laptop & Phone Screen.

Please follow the label instructions carefully to keep your clothing looking great for longer.  Washing your clothing inside out will help maintain the colour.

As your items will be folded during the postal system, we recommend upon receiving your items you iron on low heat or use a hand steamer.
